Upper gate
This gate consisted of three separate entryways, the smallest of which had no gate. The first of these gates had a notched gable and was situated adjacent to Vambera house until 1879. A plaque left by the original owner marks the house. The middle gate had been at what was then the entrance to Bretislavova street and abutted the tower Hlaska. It was razed in1801. The smallest entryway was not vital to town defenses and was razed in 1803.
