The Evangelical Cathedral
The building of this cathedral and the adjoining parsonage was begun in the Fall of 1889, according to plans of Jan Tomasek, the builder. Both buildings were last refurbished in 1988, leaving their appearance from the street unchanged.
Following the establishment of Czechoslovakia, the Reformed and Augsburg (Lutheran) branches united as the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren, to which the Chrudim church also belongs.
